Keystroke to enable time selection to reappear across tracks?

I did not find in the manual how to do the above. After making a time selection, then clicking outside of it, the selection is still there but does not appear across all tracks. Is there a keystroke to make it reappear across the tracks? I normally double click the time selection bar to make this happen,but a keystroke would be nice.

Thanks,GG. That's it, and it is in the manual. I thought this command would work differently but it does just what I want.

The "selection" that's still there is the loop bar. Press Shift+Q or Shift+L to make a time selection from it.
