Kinda OT: Panasonic AG-DVC30

Anybody had a chance to see the (new?) AG-DVC30 cam from panasonic?
I'm wondering if and how it compares to the DVC 80,&100 is the lens the same? I take it the body is smaller too?
I dont need 24p.
I noticed that it has 1/4" ccd's would this make much diff. in qual. compared to 1/3"?
looking for input, opinions.
