Kinda OT - Vegas audio / burn CD question

I know there's an audio-only forum, and I'll post there if I have to; I tried searching the forums for an answer and could not find one. Here's my Q - I have some live tapes that I captured into Vegas; added some index points between songs so you could quickly scroll through them; groovy, that all works fine. You can even rename the index to the song title, so that on the timeline you can tell the name of the song. Then I burned a cd right from Vegas, and it worked fine. But, when I play the cd in my PC, it just shows Track 1, Track 2, etc. (Now my question...) Using just Vegas, is there a way to get the name of the song to show up when the cd is played or the tracks are ripped on a PC?

thanks,
David

Vegas doesn't have CD-i tools...no. There might be another way, but I'm unaware of what that might be.

Thanks! I didn't even know the process had a name....cd-i, huh? I'll have to look into that.

Since you specified "Using just Vegas", you probably already know that Nero and Roxio will write CD Index text to a "standard" Audio CD format (CDA)...

I found that out earlier today in the V-Audio forum. I don't remember what I had originally searched on, but it wasn't cd-i or cd-text. Thanks blues_jam!
