Large avi files

Hi There i need some help here Cheers !

Ive put a rather large avi on a menu (25gig) and when i choose prepare dvd it
processes only half the the job say 51% and then hangs. Does anyone know the maximum AVI size you can put on the menu's.

The file is playing ON the menu or you created a link to the file on the menu (i.e. a menu button)?

Menus are limited to 1 Gig (after compression). Links from menus are limited by disc space.
