last post 6/25, VPPA or Ultimate S ??

Been a while for a post here - but I would think enough time to pass to have some comments on VPPA ? Worthwhile ?......

OR , how does it compare to Ultimate S in practicality or usefulness ???

if one wanted one or the other - VPPA or Ultimate S - what are the better reasons for one over the other ??? (I am a Vegas 8 user, not 9)

I use both. Been an Ultimate S 4.1 user for a while now. When VPPA first came out, I hesitated because I already had Ultimate S, but after a while, I decided they both had merits that were different from each other. When I found out in a post here somewhere, that they would continue to grow separately, and not duplicate features, that's when I got VPPA, and I'm glad I did.
