Layer dimensionality not working anymore

I am trying to get some drop shadow on my text but I cannot choose any type of shadow or glow.

I tried both on the text-clip and on the timeline.

I also started a new project and tried applying it on a timeline without any other layers.

I tried turning on/of GPU acceleration too.

I also tried it in the newest update (211)

Anyone else experiencing this?

It is working here on VP14 b211.

On your picture, the shadow type is set to none, try changing it to drop.

I tried to change that, but the menu was stuck. It's working now though.

Probably some temporary snafu.
