I have a saved custom layout that I want to be the one that VP15 opens with. It all does fine, except one window has the tabs in the wrong order, and they are all frozen. If I go in to View>Window Layouts, the layout I want is chosen, but it has an asterisk next to it. If I save over it and close Vegas out, when I reopen, it opens with the tabs in the wrong order/frozen, and an asterisk next to the layout that is already selected - even though I just saved over it before closing the previous instance.

I know that the layout window UI can get a bit wonky at times. Is this just another bug within all of that?.
