I'm an avid Vegas user. I'm a college student who runs a recording studio in my spare time, and that's how I'm paying my way through college. People tell me I'm pretty good.
Recently I've become interested in doing sound for film/video as a way to expand my skills and keep my life interesting. I'm an avid follower/student/fan of film, so I see this as my next step as an audio professional.
So I guess my first question would be: What rescorces are there for audio professionals who want to get into the audio for video field?
Also, I'm nealry ready (after some more book lernin) to take a month or so to work on a serious project on site of a video shoot. No better way to learn than doing it.... Anyone in the intermountain west looking for anyone in the next few months?
Thanks....
Matt
