LG - Super Blu ?

To me it appears the war between Blu Ray & HD DVD will continue for some time to come. With some Studios offering their films in Blu ray, and others in HD DVD it seems we will have to start living with both standards.
The difference between this 'war' and the VHS/Betamax war is that today you can buy a player capable of playing both formats.
Since I am tired of waiting on who is the preferred standard, I have started to look at the LG Super Blu multiplayer which can play both HD formats.
I know its a bit pricy but has anyone here have any experience with this multiplayer. To me it seems a nice unit with 1080p output.
I also would like any input on other multiplayer models.

For the cost of the "Super Blu" you could buy a BD player, a HD DVD player, and a good LCD TV.

Regardless of that, if it doesn't support the final version of BD, you'd be selling it on eBay real quick.

At least if you own separate devices, you arent SOL when one of them goes south whereas the "Super", you lose everything if it breaks.

I was hoping to get only one machine to keep the valuable real estate available in my system down to a minimum, but still have the ability to play both formats.
