License not working for sound forge audio studio 15

Hi i get the error code (-14) when i try to log in on sound forge audio studio 15 but i can use vegas pro 19 with no problem. What is the problem since i bought the vegas pro 365 pack ?

I am not very familiar with the 365 subscription versions, but Sound Forge would have a unique activation code and use the same email address that was used when it was purchased.
If you did not receive the SF AS activation code, email Magix at infoservice@magix.net or sales@magix.net .
