line up events?

where did that cool feature, new in 7 go with the colored lines that helped align events. where do I turn that on. I dont see it in v8. my favorite new feature.

Tools/Enable snapping.
Or F8 to toggle snapping on and off.

thanks ill give that a try. I wasnt aware that was snapping, although they would be similar and come to think of it its not the same cause snapping forces you to place it somewhere, where this other helped guide you in without forcing snapping. ill try it
