link a few inserted graphic to a full length media, possible?

lets say i have an one hour mpeg2 video, in the DVD-A main menu, i have 3 graphic pictures. is there any way i can link individual one to the same media with a different start point?

Yes. Just create three chapter points in the video and link the pictures to the chapter points.
