I can't seem to find if its possible to link the stereo faders so that you don't have to be so accurate when mixing...I keep lowering the left side or just the right. In acid all you have to do is just hit the little lock key on the bottom of the fader pair and thats it. If not, will it be introduced in the next update? Later.
My problem is that its a bit narrow of a spot to be shooting for. If I'm even a hair off the middle then I lower one side by accident...THAT is VERY ANNOYING! Even In ACID 3.0 you have a feature to lock both so that you can raise or lower the volume without having to be so accurate. If that feature is worth enough to have in one software then why not another? Later.
If you have a working scrollwheel mouse you shoud be able to click in the middle of the faders and then use your wheel to change the levels w/o worring about losing focus.
Nope...I use a rollerball mouse...much better to use in conjunction with automation in cubase stuff. I get really close to the feel of a fader even though its nowhere near that, really smooth movement. Enough about that other program...I guess it looks like that vegas DOESN'T have this feature. Thats fine though I would appreciate it if you guys would implement it in the next feature please. Like I said before,It makes no sense to have it a feature in one program[ACID3.0] and not the others[vegas]. Later.
