Local Musician Contracts

Anyone have a decent release contract for using non-signed local musicians works for commercial use? The deal involves paying a flat rate plus credits. No continuing ongoing percentages etc. Already have the talent, just looking for the correct verbiage.

You could also modify pretty easily.

I'm always looking for a new opportunity to learn, DSE you could share that it would be great. I had previously only thought of use a talent release form, sychronization liscense a general wriiten agreemtn.

Well....we provide several dozen contracts in the "Understanding Copyright" DVD, and then I've also got many variations of those agreements as well. I don't know that we'd be in the mode of giving those away after paying an attorney a lot of $$ to author them for the DVD...:-)
