Lock markers to event

Is there any way to lock markers to an event so that if you move the events on the timeline by inserting or deleting other events on timelne the markers still stay where you put them in the relation to your main video track?

Play with Auto Ripple.

You get 3 options/flavours of this, choose which "combination" you want. However it was your very last statement, " . . in the relation to your main video track " which is throwing me. .. . . hmmm...

Not suer excatky what you are wanting to do, but as Grazie says, Ripple will probably get you there.

To really have markers locked within your media, add them in the trimmer, save markers/regions, and make sure to turn on View>Event Media Markers.
