Lock Up

I don't know if this is related to the other post on lock up but I'm locking up when I try and use the insert text media tool. I can get a few commands done, stop, save, exit and project and reload. However, if I try more than 8 characters of typing it locks up. If I try and adjust the color of the text more than a couple of times, it locks up.

This wasn't happening before I installed the 5.0a version that's posted in the upgrade section.

Actually, while I'm typing I'm trying to isolate the key strokes and it seems to lock up after a few moments no matter what I do.

I also installed the Graffit LTD and Magic Bullet apps at the same time so I'm going to back those out and see what happens.

I just un-installed Graffiti and Magic Bullet and the problem is gone. I'll see if I can isolate which of the two -- or perhaps it is the combination of both. I have two systems and the problem replicated on the laptop too.
