Looking for someone to do some DVD menu work

I am looking for a contractor to do some DVD Architect menu work for me. Not big budget or complicated work but I don't have time to learn the program right now so would like to hire some one competent in setting up motion backgrounds and buttons.

what you need done (specifically) & when you need it by? Do you supply footage? How much $$ are we talking (that will really determine if can get really advanced Vegas/DVDA people vs good ones)?

This is a basic job but I will have other needs for this person in the future. I think this would only require a "good" DVDA person. What I want to do is have a template setup with an animated icon/button that I can use to add the video to on my end.
