Looking for specific promo lead-in

Does anyone know where I can get a 10-15 second clip of old style number count down with sweeping second hand? Something like the old 8mm film leader.

Dang - Johnny! - I could knock out a ½-dozen of those by morning coffee break. - Did you see some of those prices? New biz maybe?

My point being is that with a bit of "investment" in time the ones I've seen are achievable within Vegas and a standard graphics package.
