looks like success, but failed 100%

II'm having trouble burning anything with an LG GSA-4163B. I can burn on this drive with other software (InterVideo DVD Creator) no problem. But everything I attempt with DVDA fails. The burning appears to complete without error, and I get the 'burning complete' message. I can also see that the disc has been burned. But when I try to play the DVD, none of my PC's or HDD recorder recognise it. I get a 'Can't access. Incorrect function' (translated from Japanese) error. I can't even see the contents of the DVD.

What could could a problem like this?

To check whether it's the burning part of DVDA which is the problem, try prepare only - this creates the two VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders in the directory you specify.

You can then use Nero or similar software such as Record Now to burn these folders as data onto a DVD.

Thanks.
I managed to burn files prepared in DVDA using the software that came along with the DVD drive. It's not an ideal solution, but it'll do for now. I'm still on to support to try and find the root of the problem.
