Loop Region Hot Keys

Byron K wrote on 9/20/2009, 1:54 PM
Would anyone happen to know what are the hot key functions to snap the beginning and end of the loop region to where my cursor is w/out zooming all the way out and moving the loop points.

The manual says: Shift + Q, but that doesn't reset the loop point to where my cursor is.

When my whole time lines is selected as the loop region, I constantly have to zoom out to grab the beginning and end loop points to reposition them

Thanks,
Byron

That's not what he was asking...

To set the begining of the loop region at the current cursor position:
hit the "I" (in-point) key.

To set the end of the loop region hit the "O" key (out-point)

YES! i/o "in - out" keys are what I needed.

I was referring to them as "begin - end" and "start - end" loop points.

...and there it is 2nd to the last entry on in the Keyboard Shortcut Reference, Cursor Placement Section, Set In and Out points.

Thanks for your assistance!
