Looping video title screen with static images for chapter icons

It has been a while since I have used DVD Architect, so I am a little rusty.

I can remember that the main title screen can be set up with a static image and then looping video clips for each chapter's icon, but I would like to do the opposite: I want a looping video in the background with static photos for the chapter icons. Possible? Instructions?

Select background file to video file rather thans still image.
