Ok I am running Windows Vista updated all of the updates for DVDA And Vegas right after install and before i started working on anything, Now what i have is this: I video taped a training video for work, (around 4:00 Hr of video after mixing and all) then mixed it in Vegas MSP 8.0 Platinum, after all of that when i sent it to DVDA everything went great video sound, but It was too large for one dvd i try all difforant kinds of settings and the best that i could do was to get it down to 10 GB and at work the DVD players will only read the 4.7 GB disks. So i gave up and decided that i will break it down in to 3 DVD disks. (A 3 disk set). so i went back to Vegas and Selected 1:20 for disk one then pressed the "Make Movie" button at the top and gave that movie named "Allen1" Then after it was done i went to the next disk start (1:20-1:40)
and again sent it to DVDA Via the "Make Movie" button. {I have not changed any settings, restarted anything, or closed any of the programs} Gave it the name "Allen2" then did the same for the last disk.All three times i did not get and error msg or anything all three times i made two files a video file (mpg) and an audio file (ac3) all have been given the proper names (Allen1 Allen2 Allen3) everything looks good but on Allen1 and Allen3 i cant get any audio the file is there when i drag it into the time line in DVDA it Peaks but after it reaches 100% there is nothing there like i recorded dead air it is working fine in Vegas and Allen2 is working fine. i went ahead and burned all three Allen1 and 3 play fine just no audio Allen is working fine Sound and video. not what i have try ed is: re doing Allen1 and 2. same way no go. Tried to highlight both Audio track and Video Track in Vegas then sent to DVDA no go. Try ed dragging Allen 2 AC3 track into Allen 1 and 3 works fine so i think that DVDa is working ok, and i m sure it must be something simple But i m running out of time and Mind. Allen 2 is working fine BUT Allen 1 and 3 ar not and i haven't changed anything between them. In preview no sound on disk no sound in Vegas sounds is fine, I am starting to get frustrated. Any help will be welcome i have try ed to list everything as best as i can think of so if you need any more info on anything Just ask. P.S. i Am new to this software. And my deadline is in 2 days.!!!
