losing cursur while editing

anybody have this problem?While editing on vegas 11.0 platinum my cursur dissapears behind the program! It still controls the page but you have no idea where the cursur is! the only way I can find to get it back is by closing by control alt delete.Any ideas PLEASE!!

the problem is very sporatic! I have edited numerous videos with no problems.

I would run a virus scan and try a different mouse. If that fails, uninstall and reinstall. Sorry can't be of more help. Cin
