Lost auto crossfade

Derm wrote on 5/9/2008, 2:29 PM
Hi,
I'm relatively new to Vegas and have lost the ability to auto crossfade between clips i.e. when one clip is layed partially over another. I have obviously unchecked a preference box somewhere and now I'm left with hard cuts between clips. Can anyone put me right?
Thanks
Derm

Auto Crossfades: Ctrl+Shift+X or the button on the toolbar between "Snap" and "Ripple Edit"
