Lost blue tally markers in Ultimate S Quad Cam

I had a friend help me do a 3 camera edit using Ultimate S. He has version 3 and I have version 2.2.3. After he completed his multi-cam edit, we transferred the project onto my computer. The project opened up fine except that the camera cuts are now indicated as regular, orange coloured markers as opposed the the standard blue markers that Ultimate S generates. Everything else (PIP, Tally overlay, MC Tally track) seems to be ok, but I am not able to modify his camera cuts in any way. I get the message "No command markers to process". I thought this might be related to my having an older version of the software, so I upgrade to version 3 but still no blue markers.

Any ideas how I can get the blue command markers back? (The project still opens up fine on his computer.)

Contact us offline (ultimatesupport at vasst dot com) and we'll get you straightened out. US3 manages markers in multicam differently than US2.

Aldo, I've emailed you a script that will convert the cameras for you. For future reference, the camera markers between US2 and US3 are different. If you start a project in US3 you must finish it in US3. You cannot go back to US2.
