Lost in Vegas 8

I have the Vegas ver. 6 and 8. In vegas 6 I can change the size of the picture view in the track motion setup window using the slider or I can just type in the numbers instead of using the mouse to shrink the box. But in Version 8 it is disabled. Did anyoneelse experienced this problem. I wanted to change the width from 720 to 360 (half) by typing the numbers in the track motion window.

Works by typing in numbers in Version 8 here - maybe you have lock aspect ratio or something else locked?

Works for me.
Check to see if you clicked the 2D shadow or 2D glow track by mistake.

I checked the window. I didn't clicked 2D glow/shadow and lock the aspect ratio.
