Lost "Render As MPEG"

I had a hard drive crash and had to re-install Vegas 5 but now MPEG is no longer an option under "Render As". THe MCMPEG files or the in the File IO Plug-ins folder so I'm baffled.

You probably have to Re-register the mpeg plugin with Sony.
