lost saved project

While using vegas pro 10 I edited for several hours on an existing project saving along the way (approx. every 10 minutes) I saved one last time and shut the project down. The next day when I opened the project all the work done from the previous day was gone and I was right back where I started.The project showed it was saved
that nite but I cannot find the days work that is now missing. Please Help.

Maybe you inadvertently saved it to a different location. Can you reload it from Recently-Used entries on the File menu ?

I've occasionally done the same thing. As Geoff stated, look for them under Vegas recent "Files" menu or do a system search. You could also look for a recently auto-saved <.bak> Vegas file.
