I bought movie studio 23 back in November when it was on sale but did not download it because I was still working on a video project in another version of the program. Once I finished it I went to my email to download the program but all I could find was my invoice, no download. I must have accidentally deleted it while clearing out emails. I emailed customer support 3 days ago now explaining my situation with the invoice attached and I have received no response. Really need some help, especially since this site is useless in actually letting me talk to someone. It took me forever to find a contact ema and I'm not even sure if anyone has seen it.
