Don't mean to be flip, but how do you know it is 20 seconds long if it says 11? Also, did you put it into an open area of the timeline so that there is nothing covering it up? Let us know. Cin

Hi,
Yes that is a good point. I know that that clip is 20 sec. long because before I uploaded it I watched it on the video camera. No, I made sure that nothing was covering it up.
I hope that helps!

Mr. F,
Right click on your video clip in the 'Project Media' or 'Timeline' for that matter, and click on 'Properties'. Then click on the 'Media' tab and look about half way down under 'Attributes'. On the far right will be the length of the clip in seconds and frames. Does that match what you were thinking it was? As a side note what format is your video in, and PAL or NTSC? Let us know. Cin

Hi,
I did what you said...but I am still missing time. Any other suggestions are welcome. Also, where would I find what format my movie is in?

So when you looked at 'Properties' and 'Attributes' it said the clip was 20 seconds long, but the timeline says only 11? Hover over the right side of the clip in the timeline until your cursor turns to a box and two sided arrow > Click and drag the edge of the clip out 9 or 10 seconds and let us know. Cin
PS. The format would be directly above 'Attributes.'
