Low Memory Error Since Update of Movie Studio 17 build 223

I am running Windows 10 with 1.6T left on disc space running i7 processor with 24GB memory. I've run a Memory Test which showed no error. I've reset Movie Studio back to default setting with no success. See below the error i'm getting. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing wrong if you have the latest drivers installed for that used GPU. Look at the taskbar if other programs are running and are taking your memory also.
