Yes, Click the Search link at the top of the page. Search for "lower third".

VMS Platinum can do lower thirds.

The Vegas Pro Production Assistant lists:
Automatically place lower thirds-includes over 50 animated lower thirds

I have VMS Platinum 9 and would like a plug-in. Final Cut has it built in. It seems like this should be included...

Vegas Pro is their Flagship video product.

VMS Platinum is a dumbed down “consumer” product.

However, I find it amazing for the price.
