It is an OFX Filter, so look up in the OFX Folder in the Filters, maybe you see it there? LUT Filter

@Nicolas-FRACHET does this help? It's in the 'Vegas' folder in the 'Color' folder.

Are you using Vegas Pro or Vegas Studio?

In the Movie Studio program it is not available and there you have to use f.i. the 3th party Vision Color Lut plugin.

Which sounds very strange, you cant delete the VEGAS LUT Filter. So where has it gone. The only way i can think of, if there is a possibility to disable OFX Plugins entirely, but i know of no way one simply could do that or deleted them specifaly, but that never would happen by accident.

As far i can tell is, the Plugins are in this folder
C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 16.0\OFX Video Plug-Ins\Vfx1.ofx.bundle\Contents\Win64

Vfx1.ofx the LUT Filter is included in that pack.
If that Plugin does not exist in your folder, i copied mine, here to download:

Yes, very good point, forgot to ask that.

Better just search for OFX LUT plugin for Vegas Movie Studio (if VMS even supports adding new OFX Plugins) there should be a free one. After that search for FREE LUT PACK, there are quiet some free goog LUTs out there to colorgrade your Videos with flat images like D-Log.
If you have Adobe Photoshop, you can even make, as far as i remember, your own LUTs. Just search youtube for that.

Not so difficult: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Free+Luts
Download the ones you like or need and store them somewhere on your PC. Then drag the videoplugin (FX) to the event at which you want it to use and follow the screenshot ( it says more than a thousand words)

@Nicolas-FRACHET in a previous post @j-v provided a link to the Vision Color LUT plugin. It used to be free, but it appears they are charging a small fee for it now. I have had this installed for years and it works with Vegas Pro 13 and above, as well as, Movie Studio Platinum 13 and above. If you do not have Platinum, it may not work.

And as @eikira post there are hundred of LUTs available for you to try, or make your own with Affinity Photo, Photoshop, Resolve, etc. I would first look at your camera support website, they may have a LUT for DLog posted there.
