Hi there! We have been using our new Sony camcorder HDR--XR350V and i`ve already transferred the videos to PC - all in .m2ts file. I`d like to create a movie of our holiday to DVD.

When i replay a video clip from my camcorder, the quality is excellent. However, when I previewed it in Sony Vegas before editing it, it`s shaking, slowing at times and a bit blurry.

Pls anybody can tell me what video properties should i use or what template:
ex: HDV or HD what size

Update your system specs in your profile (My Account link).

My guess is your PC can't handle the m2ts (AVCHD) files which are highly compressed and really tax all but the most robust PCs.

There are many threads here on this forum that discuss your issue. Rending the video from m2ts to another format then edit that is recommended.

I'm still in the SD world so I can't help you directly.
