M2V in Vegas or DVDA?

Sorry for the cross post here & on the DMN Forums Vegas site, but I need an answer ASAP. I need to check an MPEG-2 file (created somewhere else) against a WAV file for sync. Will either vegas 5 or DVDA2 let me check the M2V file? DVDA2 lets me drag & drop the file into a project, but then the app (DVDA) promptly crashes. What are my alternatives for accomplishing this?

Don't know why DVDA is crashing on you. I just tried importing an m2v file into Vegas 4 & 5 and DVDA 1 & 2. It imported just fine into all of them.
BTW, are you using the latest version (2.0a build 121) of DVDA?
