Mac flash drive to PC

A client brought in a flash drive which he has loaded from his Mac. My PC recognizes it to the extent that the PC "chimes" when the USB drive is plugged in, but the drive doesn't show up in the directory and no files show up either.

What's the simplest and quickest way to access and import the files from the Mac drive?

Thanks, OldSmoke. Looks like HFSExplorer will do the job. The "topbestalternatives" site is a good fine too.

I use Paragon HFS+ for Windows and it works quite well (but it's not free).
