Mac to PC Quality Workflow Question

We have our office all PCs using Vegas Pro 13. A new intern has come and uses her Mac Book to edit on Adobe and can render to a number of formats but when we have her render out her videos to bring to one of our Vegas timeline we can not find a high quality render format that we can see on our machines. She is rendering out MOVs but we either do not have the proper codecs on our PCs or the renders will be a ridiculously huge sizes.

What video format should she use that will keep the video quality and still allow us to view it on our machines.

Thanks in advance,
Michael

You need to install QuickTime,to see the video if she rendering out to DNxHD then you need to install DNxHD codec.

CPU:  i9 Core Ultra 285K OCed @5.6Ghz
MBO: MSI Z890 MEG ACE Gaming Wifi 7 10G Super Lan, thunderbolt 4
RAM: 48GB RGB DDR5 8200mhz
GPU: NVidia RTX 5080 16GB Triple fan OCed 3100mhz, Bandwidth 1152 GB/s
NVMe: 2TB T705 Gen5 OS, 4TB Gen4 storage
MSI PSU 1250W. OS: Windows 11 Pro. Custom built hard tube watercooling

We have the latest Quicktime Pro installed on all our machines. The renders are coming and can be seen in players like VLC but not our Quicktime. It only sees (lol) the audio.

We will try the DNxHD codec on our PCs and see if that works when she renders out in that same format.

Thanks
