Magic Bullet Movie Looks HD

Think this was free with an earlier version of Vegas.
Anyway, used an FX on a project recenlty and a couple of end users are reporting flashing, maybe strobing during playback.
Is this an issue anyone else has experiences using this product with Vegas Pro 8?

I've seen it too, you have to be careful - it's a Magic Bullet Bug as far as I can tell.

This was unexpected as I have used the film look "Pearl Green" before with none of this strobing.
Bug huh.
