I have issue with Magix not utilizing my CPU power to 100%, I have i9 7980xe and I see all cores are being used, but they are used only 50-60% ? Why Magix Vegas does not use full cpu power to render a video ?

Rendering usually 1080p 60fps as Mainconcept, CPU only. Also I have setup to use all 36 threads in options.
