I bought Movie Studio 17 and with it came the above software. I did not receive a separate serial number for this program. For activation of that software I used the serial number of Movie Studio 17 which was marked with a green tick. Pressing the activation key I received the answer ERROR Code 14 invalid serial number. I also e-mailed the company about 10 days ago but didn't receive an answer. Has anybody experienced the same story and what did you do?

Unless you uncheck this program to download in the options, you downloaded the trial for that program. That trial you can test for 30 days after registration and without registration for 7 days. During your test period you are able to decide to delte or to buy the program.
If you buy it you get a registration number bij email.
