Magix photostory deluxe 2023 error

getting the error "The code execution cannot proceed because mfs140u.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" when opening a video story file. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and getting the same error. on samsung laptop using Windows NT
