Not sure if this is correct Forum for my product - apologies and please advise if not - I have ended up here referred by some very helpfull Moderators on another Forum.

Bought Vegas Pro 20.0 licenced software for home use in March 2023 from Magix. Vegas Pro 20.00 Build 370.

Used once when purchased, and it worked fine - very happy with the results. Used infrequently since then, but I now need to revisit it to edit important video.....and it does not load.

After I click on V icon program in the Systems Tray the program appears to load through to 'Initialising scripting...' then just stops, the loading applet just disappears. There is nothing running in Program Manager.

Running on Windows 10 Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU  N3700  @ 1.60GHz   1.60 GHz 8.00 GB RAM 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor.

Can anyone give me some guidance on how I can run the software again.
