mail download links missing NewBlueFX+BorisFX for MS Platinum 13 Suite

Hello,

I just ordered yesterday MS Platinum 13 Suite as an upgrade offer.

I did get an e-mail from Magix with the download links for the programms which are included, but there were no download links for NewBlueFX, BorisFX and HitFilm.

I've mailed Magix support, e-mail: [Ticket#2017030117014648]

They ask me for the order number and send me the same e-mail again, so without the download links for NewBlueFX, BorisFX and HitFilm.

I saw an old thread about this problem and the solution was that Magix sended an extra e-mail with the download links, but I still didn't get this e-mail from Magix.

Is Magix still selling version 13 ??????? 😟

Yes, as an upgrade offer coming from MS Studio Platinum 12 Suite.

Degrader - HitFilm is in the programme so doesn't need a separate download. Check in Media FX.

Cornico - I wonder if it's because Magix haven't updated the upgrade page yet. I haven't checked lately but a few days ago my upgrade(!) from MS13 was still to MS13!
