Main Concept MP4 Question

Whenever I go to render my videos and I select Main Concept (mp4) I am not able to click "custom" but for every other one like WMV I am able to. How do I fix this?

Platinum 7/8/9 don't support this. But I *think* that Platinum 10 allows customization of that codec. Pro version of Vegas allow customization too.
