MainConcept MPEG-2 - No Audio

I have a video project that is complete. Currently the source media is only DV 720x480 though I will be appending some newer 1080i home video I have.

Given this mix of source, I want to output a 1080i file for viewing on a Media Center PC. I want this of the highest quality; my graphics card has hardware decoding capabilities.

It seemed to me like MainConcept MPEG-2 - BluRay 1920x 1080 -60i 25MBps would be my highest quality. The only problem is that when I go to playback the created video (.m2v file), there is NO audio. If I run Media Player and go to File->Properties, it shows:

Video codec: CyberLink Video/SP Decoder (PDVD7)
Audio codec: -

If I create MPEG-1, or AVI, then I get audio.

I do now know if this is a CyberLink issue or if there is another cause for me not having any audio. Anyone experience this? Also, given my eventual 1080i source content, is this my best output format for playback on a Media Center PC configured at 1920x1080?

Thanks in advance.
