I used the search function and couldn't find the answer ... what are the default settings for the MC MPEG-2 NTSC DVD template in VMS 4?

Is it CBR or VBR encoding and what is the kbps used?

In VMS4, the default settings are CBR, but I am not sure what the bit rate is.
