Major Problem

I've burned several test DVD's using themes and small vid clips, but now I have a problem with the real deal. I just burned a wedding that's 30 minutes long. The menu is a minute long (with video) and the scene selection menu is about 4 minutes (jpeg) with music.

I optimize, prep and burn and nothing. However, it plays fine on the PC, but zilch on ANY of my stand alones! I know they work because I've watched several things on them before. One of my players is even hacked and will play anything you feed it.

ANyone else ever run into this problem? Please help.

Is the media consistent with what has worked before?
(ie is it a new brand, or RW when you only used R before, etc ?)..

How did you burn it, in DVD-A, or with a 3rd party burner using the prepared files?

Can you try any of the discs you previously burnt, or are they all with customers?

What was the bitrate you selected, was it anywhere in the 9MB/sec region (for individual or entire multiplex)?

I decided to check out DVDA and prepared a disk. I went local electronics store and played it on every settop they had. Every one played fine. What burner are you using? Are you burning -r or +R?
