You need to be able to define the "end action" to point back to the beginning of the file and this can't be done in Vegas.

I know that Ulead MF6 has a "loop" switch so when checked your video will start again after it is finished. But I'm not sure if it's something you can build into an ISO or it's just a switch that's built into the disk at the time of the burning.

If it can be a feature of a burned DVD then it can be in the ISO, since an ISO is just an image of the disc.

The thing is, Vegas can't produce a DVD disc or a disc image. Only DVDA can.

Actually, that's not true. Vegas can create ISO's as well as make BluRay discs. It's in the Tools pulldown.

The only thing I'm not sure of, is if there's a way to tell that ISO to make the movie in it loop...

That's only for BluRay. Vegas won't produce DVD content or images. You'll still need DVDA for that.

Ya, I should have pointed out that I'm wanting to do a hi-def DVD... so, BluRay.

Since I don't have a BluRay drive (let alone, a BluRay burner), I figured I'd make an ISO file (in Vegas), and just give that to the client (to give to someone who does have one, so they could create a DVD).
