Make sure you have the latest versions of DirectX and Quicktime.
DirectX usually updates with Windows Updates, but you'll need to manually load Quicktime. Even if you aren't working with MOV files, it plays an important role in the program's function.
If this doesn't help, it may be related to either (a) your source files or (b) the amount of free, defragmented space on your hard drive. (The program needs scratch file space to work.)
Well I have the latest DirectX and Quicktime is latest update, too. Plenty of space on my 1TB drive. I just tried again and after Achitect worked on the audio, and all was done, 'Make DVD' did the same thing. Program shut down and there was my desktop again. Quicktime is assigned all default files.
The source file is an m2t (mpeg) and plays perfectly in the Architect time line.
Hope somebody can think of somethning else I can try. As it is now, I can render from Vegas and convert to VOBs with another program, but I would like to use the Architect one-step DVD maker.
