make sure you have local System Admim privile

I am getting the above error message trying to install 7b. Anyone else see this? I am logged on with privileges and it is the same login I used to install 7a and all other software I have. Loaded DVDA4a with no problem.

I also did a reboot of the system and tried again but the same error occurred.

I downloaded it again last night at a very slow rate and then got a CRC error trying to run it this morning. So I downloaded it again this morning and ran it again and this time it has worked. This is the first time I have had this amount of problems with bad downloads.

Harold, I wonder if Sony is having general problems with this site. For the last several weeks I have often had to do a refresh on forum pages to get a "stuck" page to display. It seems much more sluggish than in the past. Might be related to your problem.
